Buyer's Inspection

When you are purchasing a home, you want to know every strength and weakness your new home has. Having this information before you close is paramount for negotiations as well as maintaining your new home for the long term. My inspection report will provide you with a clear picture of the current condition of the home and which issues need immediate attention and which can be monitored for future improvements.

Seller's Inspection

When you are selling your home- Most sellers only focus on the cosmetics of the house when they are selling it, then the potential buyer has a home inspection done and they realize that there were several ‘real’ issues that needed addressing. Instead of the stress and extra costs of last minute repairs, that my even cost you the sale of your home, have an inspection done and be ready for those buyers.

Renter's Inspection

If you are renting a home don't forget to have a home inspection done. There could be safety issues that need to be addressed and energy efficient issues that could cost extra money while you rent. Having a full report could also help in any discrepancies the owners have at the end of your lease. If you own rental properties, or a company that does property management, Emerson Paulk Home Inspections can perform initial and annual inspections on your properties to help protect your investments.

Warranty Inspection

For new homes- Most builders offer a one-year warranty for new construction. Many things may come to light during that one year, but as a trained professional, I am able to look for, identify, and report on issues or potential issues that will cause problems and should be addressed before the warranty is up. Unfortunately, because of that warranty many people forgo a home inspection on new construction; I advise against that. I have found several issues on brand new construction that would have caused major problems or lots of money.

Construction Inspection

I offer periodic inspections of the home that you are having built. I will make multiple trips to the property to inspect the different phases of the build. This will help you protect your investment and peace of mind, that what is sealed up and unseen, was done right.
